DYING: Reborn allows the player to take on the role of a detective who is attempting to solve the disappearance of a young girl. He or she will face eerie mysteries and be forced to unravel foreboding clues in order to solve the case.

Gameplay and Main Plot

DYING: Reborn is based around the mysterious disappearance of the sister of a man known only by the name of Matthew. There are three separate chapters to this story and each one must be solved in order to piece together various fragments of a dark puzzle. Players will have the chance to interact with other characters as well as to discover well-hidden clues. Fans of classic point-and-click games should enjoy what is in store.

More Than Strategy Alone

Dying: Reborn is as much of a role-playing game as it is based around solving sets of clues. Players will need to rely upon hunches and their instincts. Please note that the three-chapter version can be downloaded online. Accessing six chapters will require a separate purchase only designed to be used with PlayStation 4.

This game presents a number of hair-raising puzzles.
A dark and brooding ambiance tends to accentuate the overall feel of the game.

CONS

Some users might feel that the voice acting is overly contrived.
The graphics are not as realistic as other contemporary detective games.
